Have a GOOD morning! Rise and shine with a special dedicated community and transform your life with this awakening mind, body, spirit practice. Each teacher offers a variety of 'awakening' practices - you can edit to your liking based on your own energy level. Held in Sol Center/Studio Earth at 256 West Patrick Street. Come early or stay later, the studio is open for you. Coffee and hot water/tea can be made. By donation or use your Sol Membership. Join in at anytime!
