About this event
Join us for our second neurographic art class! Neurography is a meditative, therapeutic drawing technique that combines art making with principles from psychology and neuroscience. It uses intuitive, free flowing lines to reduce stress & process emotions. It also encourages neuroplasticity & mental clarity. Guests often enter a flow state and feel more calm and report anxiety reduction. No experience is required and beginners are welcome and encouraged. All materials are provided.
