About this event

Feel the energy of ensemble percussion in Drumline 101 from the Washington Conservatory of Music at BlackRock Center for the Arts. Students build rhythm, technique, coordination and teamwork, starting on drum pads and moving to traditional drumline instruments as they master the basics. A great fit for school band percussionists and new drummers alike. Open to all ages. Meets Wednesdays or Thursdays, 6 to 7 p.m., through mid December. Tuition is $300 through BlackRock, and there is still room to join. Details and registration: washingtonconservatory.org/wcm-at-br
