About this event

This class will focus on foundational pole spins, floor moves, and transitions from the floor helping students build strength and confidence. Half the class will be taught on a static pole and half the class will be taught on a spin pole. Ideal for absolute beginners and those with some experience, this class offers a fun, supportive environment to explore pole dance. Please note that pole sharing may be required depending on class size and pole availability.
