This mat Pilates class is a beginner to intermediate level mat class. Each class will be contemporary in style and include an intro, warm up, and instruction of proper Pilates techniques that will focus to improve core strength, alignment, awareness, breath and balance.

All fitness levels welcome! Class length : 1 hour Cost : $20
