About this event

Are you looking for ways to intentionally explore nature in quiet community? Craving a different type of 'church'? Need extra motivation to get your body out into the fresh air? Consider joining Nicole on a Sunday morning for a guided silent stroll.

We'll meet at the studio on 'the stoop' right outside the Tasting Room, and begin with a grounding activity. Then we'll walk together around neighborhood, Baker Park, etc. mindfully engaging with our senses; sights, sounds, smells. Nicole will mind the time (so that you don't have to!), choose the path, and guide the group back to the starting point. Choose the price that suits your budget, tickets range from $7-20.
