About this event
Join Lara & her daughter Claire for a 45 min adult & child yoga practice. Fun for ages 2-12, there will be a craft for the littles to enjoy and lots of movement they can join in on or climb on you for! Come ready to play around, get into your body, and leave a little more grounded than when you arrived. If you already have a membership @ Sol, this is included. Otherwise, you can register for a single class for $25 or purchase a class pass or sign up for an unlimited membership and enjoy all our other classes too!
