Celebrate two decades of a beloved community holiday tradition! The Shepherd’s Staff invites you to kick off the season at the 20th Annual Carroll County Festival of Trees, returning to downtown Westminster from November 27 through November 29, 2026.

Hosted at the John Street Quarters (28 John Street, Westminster, MD), this magical event features a breathtaking, must-see display of over 30 exquisitely decorated trees available through silent auction, complete with convenient “Virtual” and “Buy Now” options.

Stunning Tree Display: Explore over 30 beautifully decorated, unique holiday trees.

Live Entertainment: Enjoy festive performances on Friday and Saturday by local school groups and community choirs.

Support a Wonderful Cause: As The Shepherd’s Staff’s largest fundraiser of the year, this event directly supports emergency financial services and critical assistance programs for individuals and families in crisis across Carroll County. This year, the organization aims to reach a goal of $90,000.
