Dedication ceremony of Star-Spangled Plaza in the vicinity of the Francis Scott Key gravesite and monument in Frederick's historic Mount Olivet Cemetery. Light refreshments will follow the short dedication slated to start at 4pm. A guided Candlelight Walking Tour of American Revolution Patriot graves will begin at 5:15pm and last until 7:15pm. The tour will be led by cemetery historian Chris Haugh and will feature dialog with reenactors portraying former Frederick residents who played a role in the fight for independence.
