THIS CLASS IS HELD OFFSITE (Gentle or Moderate) Yoga - Connect to your body, steady your mind & nervous system and awaken your spirit in this accessible journey through yoga postures, breathing, meditation practices, and yogic philosophy. A well-rounded offering of effort and ease, no experience is required for Gentle Yoga, some experience or physical fitness suggested for the Moderate Yoga.
