Join us at the Equality Loudoun Community Center on Saturday, November 21st from 3-5pm for an open conversation about mental health and therapy with our Equality Allies, Friendly Psychology LLC and Mosaic Behavioral Health!
Whether you've been considering therapy, aren't sure where to start, or just want to learn more about mental health, this panel is a chance to ask questions and hear from mental health professionals. We'll talk about what therapy can help with, how to find a therapist who's the right fit for you, and what to expect from the process.
3-4pm: Panel discussion and Q&A
4-5pm: Casual socializing and an opportunity to connect with our panelists and community members
No experience with therapy or knowledge of mental health topics needed. Come with questions, curiosity, or just an interest in learning more!
