About this event
An accessible class where we’ll learn foundational moves and tricks, offered at different skill levels, then add music and gesture to see where it takes us as aerial dance. It’s a great way to build strength, stamina, and confidence in the air and on the hammock. We recommend staying for the mat-based stretch class, "Aerial Stretch & Recover" afterward for a full workout (free with a membership!). Prerequisite: Aerial Arts Foundations 4 Week Series
