This class follows the 26+2 series with a twist - includes variations of asana and sequences from other traditions and lineages of yoga. A complementary practice that blends the tradition and structure of Bikram with challenge in variations! Bring yoga blocks and straps/long hand towels to class. All levels welcomed.
