The Waynesboro Area YMCA invites area seniors, families, and community members to attend Senior Wellness Day on Tuesday, November 10, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at the Waynesboro Area YMCA, 810 E. Main Street. The event is free and open to the public.
Senior Wellness Day is designed to provide older adults with an enjoyable and informative morning focused on healthy living, connection, and access to valuable community resources.
Throughout the morning, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with vendors, participate in activities, receive screenings and evaluations, and have chances to win prizes. The event combines education and fun while connecting seniors with resources that can help them remain active, healthy, and engaged.
The Waynesboro Area YMCA encourages seniors throughout the community to stop by, bring a friend, and discover new ways to support their health and well-being. No YMCA membership is required to attend.
