  • Frederick County Delegate Kris Fair said Maryland legislators are working to resolve a projected $3 billion deficit by crafting a budget deal that includes $2.3 billion in cuts and tax changes (raising taxes on top earners while lowering them for most residents) and that will pass before the session ends on April 7th.  WFMD
