- ➤ Frederick County secured $1 million in federal funding to redevelop its senior center and add affordable housing at 1440 Taney Avenue — County Executive Jessica Fitzwater said a request for proposals will be issued soon, with construction expected between 2028 and 2030. WFMD
- ➤ Frederick City Council will discuss a proposal to rezone land for a cricket stadium on Thursday — no decision is expected as the council reviews the plan for the first time. Frederick News-Post
