- ➤ On April 11 and April 3, five students at Brunswick High School in Frederick faced juvenile charges after detectives found incidents in which a sex toy was used to assault classmates in the locker room—one incident was recorded on a cell phone. Daily Voice

- ➤ A hauling operation on Ballenger Creek Pike in the Point of Rocks area on Wednesday may cause traffic delays starting at 9:00 a.m. The heavy truck will start at the Doubs substation north of Route 464 and reach a construction site near Mountville Road by about noon—officials urge drivers to take alternate routes.
