Good morning, Frederick.

Red Horse restaurant is set to reopen later this year after a January fire closed it for over five months.

Renovations continue (with work underway) to prepare the venue for its return.

Former Frederick County residents Anna and Josiah Julian are competing on the home-renovation show Battle on the Beach, where they renovate properties for rent and face off against other teams in front of a camera crew.

The Yellow Springs Elementary community is making way for a new building as it says goodbye to its old facility at 8717 Yellow Springs Road, a site filled with memories for longtime attendee Michele Corr, who studied there until 1976.
