- ➤ Frederick police officer Cpl. James Dodson faces charges for possession of child pornography, two counts of solicitation of a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility—charges following a nearly year-long investigation in Pennsylvania—and remains in prison with a $100,000 bail and a court appearance scheduled for Aug. 27.
