- ➤ On July 17, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that Primark recalled 2,600 four-packs of DTR Stitch Scented Highlighters sold in Maryland and other regions after tests found unsafe levels of phthalates (a toxic chemical banned in children’s products). Customers are advised to stop using the highlighters and return them to any Primark store for a refund. Daily Voice
