- ➤ On July 21, 2025, at about 11:40 p.m., Frederick County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a dark-colored car on I-70 eastbound near Green Valley Road after a report of erratic driving and recovered a stolen handgun — a Beretta 9mm with seven live rounds in the magazine — before arresting two suspects — Willie James Robinson, 30, and Deshawn Bishop Manning, 21 — who were taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
