- ➤ Frederick County’s Office of Economic Development released a makerspace feasibility study that shows local hubs like the Frederick Community College Monroe Center Makerspace and the planned nonprofit can boost innovation—if FCOED supports these spaces with expanded programming and partnerships. The study, done by Jon Stover & Associates with support from TEDCO, recommends FCOED act as a key partner to help grow maker-driven job training and business opportunities. Frederick County
- ➤ The Farmers Market parking lot is planned for repairs — city officials said work will begin soon to update its condition and improve access. City of Frederick
