- ➤ Maryland mother Tonya Outlaw is fighting Stage 3 breast cancer and saying she gets strength from her family and community — she has faced many tests, injections, chemotherapy, and radiation that have taken a heavy toll. - ➤ Frederick County Health Department is asking the public to help locate a Caucasian man in his late 20s or early 30s who brought a rabid raccoon wrapped in a fleece blanket to Care Vet Clinic at 1080 West Patrick Street on October 13th near midnight—he should call 240-313-9515 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or 301-600-0312 after 5:00 p.m. for guidance as anyone exposed to rabies risks death.
