  • The Fort Detrick lab ended its work stoppage in late October after a hole in a hazmat suit triggered a delay — research there will resume in the coming months.  Frederick News-Post

  • Local sellers face a tougher market as Redfin data released Monday, Dec. 22 shows active listings dropped 1.4% and new listings fell 2.2% while homes sold for 1.6% less and remained on the market for 53 days — the slowest pace in nearly a decade.  Daily Voice
