What is your cancellation policy?
All workshops are prepaid at the time of registration and all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Due to the demands of our workshops, they are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason. We take a lot of time and effort to prepare for our workshops to ensure we have enough resources to provide a great experience. In the event you have someone who would like to take the workshop in your place, let us know within 24 hours and we will happily honor them taking the class in your place. If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we will put aside your personal workshop materials for you to pick up anytime during our open hours for the following week.
What can I expect the day of the workshop?
Our shop is open before the class start time. We encourage you to come early so you'll have time to sign in, browse the store and get settled in or enjoy a drink and some snacks before we begin.
